Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about website checks, results and shared history.
What does the checker do?
It attempts to contact a public website from our server and reports whether it received a normal response. It does not test every network or visitor.
Why does a website work for you but not for me?
Your device, DNS, ISP, local network, browser, region or the website's access rules may affect your connection.
Does a green result guarantee the site is working?
No. It means our server received a response that this checker treats as reachable. Some pages, regions or user accounts may still experience problems.
Why does a red result appear?
The request may have timed out or received an error response. The website could be unavailable, blocking automated requests or having a partial outage.
Can everyone see recent checks?
Yes. Recent checks are stored in the site's shared Cloudflare D1 database and shown to all visitors. The public history stores the domain, result, HTTP status and check time.
Do you store the full URL?
The shared history is designed to store only the hostname, not the path, query string or fragment. Do not submit sensitive or private URLs.
Is SupaStore Signal an official status page?
No. It is an independent diagnostic tool, and results may differ from the website owner's official status information.
